How It Works
Eligibility
Our refund guarantee applies to all Holo subscriptions purchased directly from www.tryholo.ai. To qualify for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Request must be made within 14 days of your subscription date
You must not have created more than 5 ads (not including ads created during onboarding)
Time Frame
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If more than 14 days have passed, or if you've created more than 5 ads after onboarding, we won't be able to process a refund.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@tryholo.ai with your order number and a brief reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved, we'll process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Conditions
After the Refund Period
All payments made after the 14-day period or after creating more than 5 ads (post-onboarding) are non-refundable.
Digital Subscriptions
As a digital SaaS platform, we may request feedback on your experience to help us improve Holo.
Non-Refundable Items
Any custom services or consulting provided by Holo are non-refundable.
