You’ll join a team of 8 developers, get real ownership from day one, and build things that go straight into the hands of thousands of users.
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to own our core architecture and scale our startup. You will partner directly with the founders to build critical product features, drive tech decisions, and shape our engineering culture.
What you’ll own
- Build features and services end to end - from first idea to production
- Take real product problems, shape the technical solution and own the outcome
- Build new systems from scratch and scale them as Holo grows
- Work across the stack, with plenty of complex backend problems to get into
- Build AI-powered features where models and agents are part of the actual product, not a side experiment
- Make decisions that directly shape our product and engineering foundations
- Ship fast, see how real users respond, iterate, repeat
- Use AI heavily to build faster, experiment more and push what a small engineering team can do
What we’re looking for
- Senior full-stack engineer with a strong backend focus.
- Experience owning services end to end, including frontend, backend, deployment, and production operations
- Track record of building services from scratch and scaling them as usage grows
- Experience running reliable systems under high traffic and load
- Experience in startups or other fast-moving companies is preferred
- Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript experience is a plus, but not required. Strong engineers from Go, .NET, or other backgrounds are welcome
- Comfortable using AI extensively in day-to-day engineering work
- Our stack
- TypeScript, Python, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis and Temporal; AWS, Google Cloud / Vertex AI, Kubernetes, Docker, Fly.io and Vercel for infrastructure; GitHub Actions, Sentry, Grafana / Prometheus, PostHog and Langfuse - with AI models and agents central to what we build.

Salary: 7,000-8,500€/month gross, depending on experience. We’re always open to discuss it.
