Built by a team with roots in performance marketing, agency growth, B2B SaaS, engineering and UX, we’re now bringing the whole marketing journey -create, distribute, analyze, automate - into one AI platform.
We're seeking for a highly opinionated individual to own Holo's sonic infrastructure. You'll work directly with the team to drive office energy, eliminate questionable playlists, and ensure our music scales with the company
What you’ll own
- Own the office AUX end to end. Full autonomy. Full accountability.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on what's considered a banger.
- Run continuous A/B tests across genres, BPMs, and questionable music tastes.
- Ship fresh tracks fast. Read the room. Iterate. Repeat.
- Make high-impact decisions on who gets access to the AUX. Including the founders.
What we’re looking for
- Previous DJ gig in Berlin strongly preferred. Berghain counts double.
- 5+ years of aggressively judging other people's Spotify Wrapped.
- Ability to read the room. Especially on Mondays.
- High standards, low ego. Unless someone skips your track.
- Spotify Premium required. SoundCloud experience is a plus.
