We are seeking a CMO to shape Holo's next stage of growth. Someone who sees the bigger picture, connects brand with performance, and isn't afraid to challenge the playbook.

What you’ll own

• Shape Holo's marketing direction and turn ambitious growth goals into reality.
• Connect brand and performance to drive revenue today and build a brand people remember tomorrow.
• Find, test, and scale new growth channels. Go beyond what's already working.
• Own Holo's global positioning and how we show up across markets.
• Make smart bets on budgets, channels, and experiments, with clear ownership of results.
• Build a strong marketing team and work directly with the founders to take Holo to the next level.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience scaling B2C SaaS, subscription, or consumer tech businesses.
• Strong background in both performance marketing and brand building.
• Experience shaping brand positioning and go-to-market strategies across international markets.
• Track record of discovering and scaling new growth channels and opportunities.
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Strategic thinker who sees the bigger picture, challenges existing playbooks, and turns ideas into action.
